The combined company took on the ZoomInfo name, expanded its reach beyond IT into every corner of the enterprise and went public in June 2020. Today, ZoomInfo is a $1.8 billion platform used by over 35,000 customers to find the right buyers and reach them through email, phone and digital channels, well beyond the confines of any single network. The company counts Airbnb, Snowflake, Adobe and Capital One as some of its biggest customers.
Last week, IBM trumpeted its contributions to a rather unusual paper: the production of a molecule with a half-Möbius topology, assisted by an algorithm run in part on a quantum computer. There was, to put it mildly, a lot going on in this paper, and it took a little while to digest. But it's interesting in what it says about the sorts of chemistry that we can construct with tools developed over the past several decades, as well as how quantum computation is inching toward utility.
Of course I had to check out the Next Fest demo for Vampire Crawlers, which is also available on Xbox. The latest game from Poncle is a turn-based deckbuilder roguelite. Oh, and it's also a Vampire Survivors spin-off. Instead of passively firing your weapons at surrounding enemies, you have a bit more control here.
